How to Use:

For best results, apply to dry skin. 
Dispense a pea sized amount of product. Rub it entirely with fingertips, anywhere you want to control odor.

For pits: 
Extend 1-2 inches outside of the hair bearing area.

For privates - the short story: 
A little goes a long way. Using fingertips, swipe onto thigh folds, undercarriage, and sweep up between the butt cheeks to the tailbone.

For privates - the full story:
Working front to back (never work back to front due to increased risk for urinary tract infections), apply to the clitoral hood & labia majora (not inside the vagina or around the urethra), continue back further to the perineum (the space between the rectum and vaginal opening), and sweep up between the butt cheeks to the tailbone.

Apply around the base of the penis and between the folds of the legs, work back to the space between the scrotum and rectum, and finally sweep back between the butt cheeks and up to the tailbone.

For feet:
Pay particular attention to the areas between the toes and around the heel. You can also apply Mistle under breasts, in tummy folds, behind ears, or anywhere else you have external odor but wish you didn't.

Mistle does its best work when applied to dry skin daily after a shower, but its odor control will keep on working for up to 72 hours!

Each time you shower, you will need to reapply.
